Quality and workmanship are exceptional, as well as unique. My order was processed quickly however, the wrong item was inadvertently shipping. As soon as the error was identified, the correct item was sent out without delay, accompanied by an email apologizing for the mistake. Furthermore, I was told to keep the incorrectly shipped item. Excellent customer service.
